Hi,
I'm a 32 year old female with a family history of MS, My Great grandma and Grandad had it. I have had low B12 in the past and now take supplements.

I have never had a great memory but recently it has gotten a lot worst, I forget constantly! It is so frustrating to me and people around me. I'm worried that one day it will something major that i forget. I've been suffering from constipation on and off for the past 3 years, this past few weeks it's been much worst. I've been having blurry vision not lasting too long, on and off in one eye. I just recently started getting mild numbness in my right hand, one point it lasted for an hour or so. I'm not sure if this is because I've been using the computer more lately? I've had muscle twitches, such as thumb keeps twitching, small area of muscle in my leg, etc.
About a year ago I had an MRI and it showed small white areas...at the time I had gone in complain of migraines. I also have post nasal drip comes and goes for many years, but it's getting much worst.

Is MS possible or am I paranoid?

I do have an appointment to my GM next week.

Thanks,
Nina

Welcome to ThisIsMS, Nina.

You are NOT paranoid; with a family history of MS and from the description of your symptoms, I think it IS possible that they are due to MS. BUT many other conditions share the same symptoms as MS.

Work with your physician to rule out the other possibilities.

I, personally, think that many of these same symptoms can be due to excess insulin; for that reason, I encourage you to request a "fasting blood insulin test" from your physician. This is NOT the same test as a glucose test; the insulin test is not routinely done and must be specifically requested. The optimal result for the insulin test is 3 UU/ML or lower (mine has never been lower than 9).

All the best to you.
