Does this sound like MS??

About 10 years ago (at age 28) I had several tests run because I was having issues with my vision and with numbness. Nothing was resolved, but my symptoms went away. Now, a little over a month ago, I started having numbness and strange itching on my side. At first we thought it was shingles, but it wasn't. Now the numbness has spread down my right side from my rib cage to my toes. I also have a very tight feeling in my right side, like there's a rubber band around that side of my abdomen, and occasionally it gets twisted and it is painful. My right leg gets really tired (that's the side that is numb). Also, since that time 10 years ago, I have double vision (mainly in the mornings).
Do any of these sound familiar? 10 years ago they thought I might have MS, but they did a spinal tap and nothing was conclusive. I know only a doctor can make a diagnosis (I have an appointment with a neurologist in a week), I just thought it would be helpful to talk to someone who actually had MS. I'd appreciate any input.
