Hi. I'm very sorry for my english (english is not my first language) and I hope you understand me. Thank you very much for reading this post and for all you answers.

It all started more than year ago, in December 2012, In the evening I felt bad (just like in fever), however I decided just to go to sleep, I went to sleep about 11PM and about 1AM I was woken up by bad feeling - huge heart rate, feeling of huge temperature, dizziness, nausea. I decided to go to the kitchen for some medicaments to lower my body temperature etc, but when I found the kitchen the other symptoms has started - light head, my hands and legs start to tingle and numbness of hands and legs has started and I had constant feeeling that I might faint in any moment. I check my body temperature and it was normal despite I felt like in huge body temperature, huge fever. It was weird. It lasted 3-4 hours, then I went to sleep. Next day it was ok.

January 2013, exactly one month later, the same story, but I was not woken up - it all came in the evening. Exactly the same attack like in December but with one difference - normal heart rate in January instead of huge in December. Next day ok.

March 2013 - exactly 2 months later the same story like in January. However after this attack I have symptoms to this day: My symptoms from March 2013:
-weakness, sometimes really huge
-brain fog, contentration problems, intelectual power very low
-my hands, legs and tongue sometimes start to tingle, numbness etc
-I have werid feeling like being on small amount of alcohol, or being on medicaments like xanax etc, but I'm not drinking and I dont take pills
-fasciculation
-nausea, a loss of apetite, lost 10kg between April 2013 and June 2013
-dramatic feeling when air pressure are going down, this is so bad that I'm afraid I could faint
-dizziness, espiecially when sitting, after emotional stress, after physical tiredness
-feeling that my body is very stiff, it's not stiff, its just the feeeling
-sensivity to light
-loss of memory (mainly short term but also long term)
-I sleep 7-8 hours but i don;t feel this in the morning, its just like I'm on permament non-sleeping mode
-lost of feel, i touch glass with tea and i don't know if this is hot or cold,
-bath problems, like I'm going to faint during bath
-electrick shock symptoms in the night, for example i'm woken up and i feel like electrick shocked over my body
-"Electrick shocks" in my head - this is very difficult to explain, for example I speak with other person and for short moment of time (less than one second) I have just grey vision, buzz in my ears etc, it similar to sitution when very old tv set breaking up - i hope you know what i mean, just "bzzzz" for short moment
-after bowel movement i feel very sick, just like in fever, in lasted about 4 hours
-feeling that my legs are very light
-pain in knees
and very werid month cycle - all 3 attacks was on the full moon.

I had brain MRI, neck doppler, x-ray chest, x-ray spine (all parts), heart checking (ekg 2 times, echocardiogram), blood values, CRP, abdominal ultrasonography, blood tests for chlamydia p, mycoplasma p, Lyme disease, stool for parasites, blood for parasites antybodies, spirometry and saturation tests, liver tests (alat, aspat from the blood), thyroid (tsh) and some more but i don't remember now. Basically all those tests was ok. I have two question:
1. Could it be MS?
2. If not - what to do? other autoimmune route? lupus etc? or some deep bacterial infection?

i felt the worst between april 2013 and june 2013, between july 2013 and january 2014 it started to be a little bit better, slowly, month to month. I eat D3, B vitaminum and Omega 3 from June 2013.

Thanks for answers.

Welcome to ThisIsMS, alex22.

You have had a very thorough battery of medical exams. In your list of symptoms, I see that you include "hands and legs start to tingle and numbness of hands and legs has started." This tingling and numbness in the extremities is known as peripheral neuropathy. I encourage you and your doctor to consider the following suggestions from the University of Chicago in searching for the cause of your peripheral neuropathy:

http://peripheralneuropathycenter.uchic ... #bloodtest

You have already completed several of these blood tests; I urge you to look into the possibility that you may have wheat/gluten sensitivity – many of your symptoms are seen in people with gluten intolerance.
Blood tests

Blood tests are commonly employed to check for vitamin deficiencies, toxic elements and evidence of an abnormal immune response.

Depending on your individual situation, your doctor may request certain laboratory tests to identify potentially treatable causes for neuropathy. These include tests for:
Vitamin B12 and folate levels
Thyroid, liver and kidney functions
Vasculitis evaluation
Oral glucose tolerance test
Antibodies to nerve components (e.g., anti-MAG antibody)
Antibodies related to celiac disease
Lyme disease
HIV/AIDS
Hepatitis C and B

There is a possibility that you have MS; it is an exclusionary diagnosis - made by your physician who rules out other possibilities. MS has the same symptoms as many other conditions. A GP can order the tests necessary to rule out some non-MS possibilities.

Thank you very much.

I had today blood test (not for celiac antybodies or ANA - it is just control blood values which was scheduled some time ago) and some weird thing happened. During needle prick and taking blood sample I felt electrick shocks which has stared in my fingers and stopped around collarbone on my hand where the prick was. It were few very fast few shocks which were one after another and were very powerful, so powerful that I moving a lot on the chair. When I reported this to the nurse she did big eyes and said that she doesn't know what I'm taking about. I thought it was because of the needle (that the nurse maybe touched some nerves) but she denied. I don't know what to think about this and I don't know if this was just accident or this is related to my "disease". I had blood taken a lot of times but it was first time with those sensations.

Hey
I'm 26 years old. I have had tingling in my fingers and feet and face for years. I thought nothing of it. However; recently, the tingling and numbness has become more widespread and accompanied by burning in my chest and back. Also, I have started getting this strange ice cold wet sensation on the left side of my head and tingling and numbness follows. It lasts for minutes. The tingling is widespread and much more consistent and intense in my body. Also, my left foot gets hot, like it's on fire. I get blurry vision sometimes and headaches. Also, tingling that is itchy or crawly feeling. I get horrible throbbing, like cold to the bone in my legs that lasts for about two days and nothing helps... Tried hot shower. Massaging it...
My balance is off too. My memory..
I'm just really scared.
I don't have a doctor yet so no tests have been done.
Does this sound like ms?
I'm really scared...

Also, for the past week, I have been dead exhausted. And weakness in my arms and painful hands. Just so much tingling. It's driving me crazy. In my body, some of the tingling is intense and burning and then I will get like waves of gentle tingling in what feels like all over and it's creepy crawly and almost itchy.

Did the hot shower help or make things worse?
