Help with Interpretation of MRI

I finally have in my possession my results from my MRI. The neurologist wants to repeat an MRI in 6 months to compare since I am having these neurological symptoms. I am wondering if these findings show any indication of possible MS. He said that he can't say that I do or don't have it at this time.
Can anybody help me interpret it?
Here are the findings:
"Technique: Three T mulitplanar and multi-sequence MRI of the head before and after intravenous administration of 14-ML Multi/Hance
Findings: There are no areas of restricted diffusion. Mild multifocal white matter T2 hyperintensities in bilateral cerebral hemisperes. Some confluent changes around the occipital horns particularly on the right. Left splenium focal T2 hyperintensity. "
The rest of the findings on the report show normal except for enlarged lymph nodes in the neck . It also states "Perhaps some marrow heterogeneity of questionable clinical significance.
The doctor can't give me any real answers and I was hoping that somebody here would have some input.
