I thought it might be fun to share my weekly menu plan... its gluten free, dairy free. Basically following Best Bet Diet with some ideas from the Body Ecology Diet. Please comment and share your own plans

The diet that works best for me is a 85% raw food diet. It included fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts and sea vgetables.

When I do cook food, it's usually quinoa or brown rice.

Also, I stay away from all meats, fish and poultry--anything that has a face. Plus no eggs, dairy, legumes or gluten.

I love the raw diet. I had some good results pretty quickly.
