I am currently doing the MCT Keto diet. It has only been about 2 months, but 3 weeks being serious about it. I keep my carbs below 50g a day, which is about a 1/4 cup dry rice. Coconut Oil and Butter and Stress B Complex all for MCT. I received an alert from Google talking about Dr. Gary Levin. Has anyone bought into his treatment program? I guess the gist is eating healthy and a vitamin regime. Much like Terry Wahls except she is off the supplements and hardcore.

How are you feeling with it?
Although I think it is a great direction, be wary of possible thyroid downregulation, so a metabolic slowdown, this happens when individuals have not allowed enough time for their body to switch from sugar burning to fat burning as a primary fuel source.
Healthy individuals can switch over in 2-3 weeks generally, with a small dose of "low carb flu", but those with significant metabolic dysfunction may take 12 months or more, so take it easy and don't push your body too hard otherwise it may push back in ways you never expected.
One of the core benefits is improved glucose control which IMO is at the core of many chronic diseases.
