Another good documentary to watch is Robert Lustig's "Sugar: The Bitter Truth."

I'm a quadriplegic because of ms and now I'm wondering if sugar has played a role.
rates have increased and they are more disabling .
what do you think ?

Yes, I believe that sugar does play a role in MS because it triggers the body to produce insulin. Excess insulin causes insulin resistance in the muscles, both the smooth muscles and the skeletal muscles.
If you work with an endocrinologist or a good GP, he can test and determine if you have insulin resistance.
