the puritan brand was extremely cheap. I got bottles of acetyl-carnitine for less than 5 dollars. That's pretty cheap.
Also got bottles of oregano oil for like a dollar.

| I found it somehwere on the Internet. The dosage is 2000 IU. I can't exactly remember where I found it, but when I get the bottle in the mail I'll let you know. Think it was citrus flavor |

Garlic is painful to my mouth. I bet you that tongue thrush will disapear in no time. The garlic must be crushed in order to produce what is called Allicin. This is a natural anti-candida agent.
