As far as I know bioperine could be taken along with curcumin with same results (bear in mind the stomach needs some time to digest caps shell) but if you take quercetin or other enzymes they all help ...

"average" level is 194. i've had that exact result twice. my third (middle) result was 188.
ms-ers in relapse average in the 160s.
remission is in the neighbourhood of 230ish??? can't remember ...
