When I looked for "Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free" cookbooks, I found a couple for over $15, so I kept searching. Luckily, I got this on eBay, it's an e-Book, instantly downloadable, so, no shipping fees. It has over 300 recipes, and the author, Marilyn, answers emails very nicely and fast.
