I'm really confused. The doctor said for my son to take his LDN an hour before bedtime, yet I read a posting from someone who works the midnight shift and takes LDN at 1:00 a.m..

My son is just starting LDN this weekend, and his "bedtime" is pretty eratic during summer months out of school. He's 16, very social, and it's hard to set a specific time every night to take it.

How are you deciding when is the best time to take yours? I will call the doc tomorrow, but sometimes it is better to hear from people who have taken the medication themselves.

Thank you in advance! Take care!

Kim

I take it at 10pm which is my bedtime. Dr. Bihari states that it should be taken between 9pm and 3am. He also seems to contradict himself by saying that endorphin production starts at 2am. Seems like you would want the ldn in your system by 2am. Nevertheless, I don't think you have to take it at the exact time every night.
