This is not my idea, but I have received a huge number of PMs asking me to raise this with Arron.

My recent survey of users of this site showed that of the 654 who voted, 86% want Harry Z banned from the thisisms site.

Harry is a menace. I have received a number of e-mails saying that Harry Z holds a substantial amount of stock in Teva, which accounts for his unrelenting attacks on Biogen products, mainly Tysabri.

I have been informed that Harry Z is actually Harold Zeinman - Zeinman is the family which own most of Teva's stock. Harry blantantly promotes Copaxone on a number of MS websites.

Given these accusations and the upcoming FDA announcement on the future of Tysabri, I think it is only appropriate for Harry Z to be banned from the site - at least until the start of April.

For too long Harry has posted on Tysabri and now that we are aware of his motives i.e. commercial / financial I call upon Arron to ban Harry Z.

I expect Harry to respond as he usually does, by taking quotes out of context and corrupting statistical data. Don't bother Harry we are sick of your lies.

You have to ask yourself, why would a man without MS spend so long on MS websites bad-mouthing one product unless it were for commercial reasons. I have also been informed that Harold Zeinman owns a holiday villa in Israel. Not bad for a Canadian who claims to have worked for an airline.

Please don't waste your time denying these facts Mr Zeinman. I am forwarding the documents I have received to the FDA and the moderators of the sites you post on. And to other agencies in the US, Canada and the UK.

I hope that Arron has the courage to ban you now that you real motives have been exposed. I am also disappointed because I thought of you as a friend. MS is a cruel disease, but not as cruel as you Harry Z. Do others feel as let down? Please post so that we can ban this monster from this site.

Dear Friends,

Interesting post and request to ban Harry Z. I find his comments to be "anti-Tysabri." Of course, Harry Z would understand his post as merely putting forth a different perspective. It's difficult to understand a person's motivations, especially in this type of forum, so who really knows Harry Z's motivations.

My motivations are simple, I want an effective treatment now! It's a decision we all have to make. Hopefully, we will have a choice if Tysabri in re-introduced.

Harry Z is entitled to his opinions, nothwithstanding the merits of this arguement. The web is a place to share those opinions. However, if Harry Z is a stockholder, he should disclose. Failure to do so is simply wrong.

Finally, Tysabri's competitors should be worried. Everyone I know (including myself) will switch to Tysabri. It's more effective.

What????? Is this the same Harry who is always ready to put down Copaxone on this very web site?

So he stirs debate, so what. It's a good thing to hear both sides of such a serious issue.

I vote to keep him on the island.

Ian,

I replied to this same message on the Brain Talk Forum and will repeat it here. I didn't realize it originated from you until I visited ThisIsMs this evening. Ian, I really think you have got a few problems to deal with....and the sooner the better.

Harry

I won't comment on your "survey"....not worth a response.

I do own a lot of stock...but not one share of Teva or any other pharmaceutical company. I tell you what....if you can substantiate your comment of me owning Teva stock, I'll give you $ 5,000.00...if you can't you give me $ 5,000.00 Up to the challenge?!

Now my private e-mail address is [REMOVED BY ADMINISTRATOR]. I have published this on this site and other MS forums that I visit. I don't hide my identity like some do. If you have any thought process available to you then you'll figure out that my with my using "Harry" and having an e-mail address of [REMOVED BY ADMINISTRATOR], you'll put 2 and 2 together and determine that my name is Harry Zanin, not Harold Zeinman. You can even type my name in Goggle's search engine and will see a few references to me. And I can tell you won't find any reference between me and Teva.

I obviously have hit a few raw nerves with you. But I'll be around here a few weeks from now....somehow I doubt that you will

Might have something to do with an uncle who had MS when I was a teenager and being married to person who has fought MS for 35 years.

Gee...at least you referred to me as "Mr" in this paragraph although you still have the last name wrong. But I would save myself the embarrassment of forwarding this info to anyone, especially when you can't even get the last name right!

Well, Arron is a big boy and makes decisions about this site on his own. I doubt he needs your direction. I don't know why you have chosen to attempt a character assassination of me. I somehow think that it is you who is looking rather foolish at the moment.

Well done response, Harry.

I must say that I am shocked that Bromley would resort to this level of character assassination. Over what? A different point of view? I read this site to get all perspectives, not only those I agree with. I find Bromley's posts to be informative, as are Harry's. I'm intelligent enough to glean what I will from a wide variety of info and opinions.

The only contributors who should be banned are those that blatantly represent profit making concerns, or those who post frivolous, slanderous entries. Bromley's post qualifies as the latter, but I think we should give him a pass on this one, and chalk it up to bad enchiladas or something...

To your corners, boys.

Ian, honestly I don't know if your post was serious or in jest.

I'm assuming it was a joke, but I'll entertain it seriously: from everything I can ascertain, I have little reason to doubt Harry is who he says he is. Further, Harry has noted that his wife is/was on LDN and Prokarin, not Teva's Copaxone. Also, Harry indeed posts from Canada and his e-mail address is as he has posted.

In light of the above, and the absence of enough sleep, this thread is locked. If you have further issues, or if I'm being completely oblivious to some sort of Survivor:This is MS Edition ruse, please e-mail me.

P.S. Harry I removed your personal e-mail... posting it only invites lots and lots of spam.
