My friend is DESPERATELY trying to get his Ty. Been approved by TOUCH, but has a $%&**^%$ Neuro, in my opinion. A long story, but I will condense. He dropped his Medicare supplement because of price. Had to get it back because Neuro wouldn't consider Ty without it. Now, after MUCH run around, the place that would take his Medicare Part B and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Supplement, wants $500.00 up front each visit. Isn't this a bit much when he is paying for Medicare Part B and $300.00 per month for the supplement? What is everyon else in the position paying?

I dont think my answer will be too useful for you, for I'm living in germay.

Tysabri cost 2.300 EUR here (About 3000 USD), but I dont have to pay anything because my healthinsurance takes it completly...

Best wishes

Sad
Sorry, that does not help. My friend has been trying as long as Gary was trying to get Ty ( a very long time). I know someone is paying for this medicine. So how much is it with Medicare Part B. He also has a supplement, but knowing what Med part B pays will help.

Medicare part B covers this at 80% of $2,375 price that Medicare has approved. I hope that helps.
