well, this winter i'm not doing the usual ski instructor thing, it's more of a paperwork/coordination role, not as much hauling wiped out kids around Wink, so i signed up at school with a personal trainer for 10 sessions.

i met her yesterday for the first session at the gym. did i say i hate gyms? well i do. but whatever. anyway she is being REALLY careful with me because i mentioned the spinal cord in our preliminary meeting. i wish i could have another MRI so that people could just let me work hard! anyway i didn't even break a sweat and at the most i think i can feel a little bit of usage in my biceps this morning, but that's it!

i also went on the dr. phil quick start Embarassed with my mother last week and yesterday after breakfast fully dressed i was down from 160 to 156, so that's nice!

i want to aim for pants that fit the same at the leg and the hip. i always have to buy size 12 to get the pants to fit my leg and then pay another 15 bucks to get the waist taken in, blech!

so, what weight goal do you think i should go for? i have a mini skirt in my closet that i've had since i was 21, should i try to drop 14 years of thigh and get back into that little black devil?
