The most common problem people interested with this treatment have is finding someone who will give them a prescription for it.

So with this thread, let's start a list of doctors (GPs or Neuro's or whatever) that have prescribed LDN.

If you're already on LDN, please help out those that want to try it

Just copy and paste the following into each of your posts:

Doctor Name:
Doctor Location:
Doctor Contact Info: (of course, do not post home numbers)

Thanks for helping make the lives of fellow MS'ers better.

How about Mass Dr's that will prescribe LDN????

I have read alot about this med and want so bad to give it a try. I have tried everything else and now my current neuro doesn't think the Copaxone alone is strong enough. Crying or Very sad They want to start me on steriods every month along with my Copaxone.

I know that is going to be very tough on me and I am not sure I can deal with it. I am still working and steriod treatments prevent my doing my job well. Heck, I can barely function while on steriods.

I would love to find a neuro that will prescribe LDN - I would actually like to switch neuros, I am not to fond of mine. I go back in March and plan on bringing up the whole LDN idea then.

Take care,
Ang

I checked this out and found it very helpful.

http://www.voy.com/156761/441.html

I live in the UK and I will be using this doctor if I can't manage to persuade my doctor or neuro to prescribe, after all it's MY body.

Smile Hi Folks, Just to let you know I started my LDN 7 nights ago and feel better already.

I used Dr Scott from Wisconsin and my meds were shipped to me here in the UK.

Please send me a personal message with any questions you may wish to ask.
Regards

Hello All

I'm new here, Embarassed but as I was surfing through the forum I noticed this post and read through all of the posts immediately!!

I don't know how much help this will be, but here in Canada most MS'er's are getting the Family Dr. to prescribe LDN for them. I personally know of several who are doing it this way. Don't get me wrong...there are a few Neurologists who will also prescribe the drug. It's a lot easier to see your family doc than to see your neurologist!!

What I would suggest is... take along a print (or 2) out about LDN + MS and let your Dr. read it for her/himself. It seems very few are refusing to prescribe it!!

Hope you find this helpful!!

Very Happy I know that Bernard Bihari, MD will do phone consults in certain situations. He's in New York. (212) 929. 4196. I personally like to see a doctor in person. But if you can't because you're out-of town and your neuro is hesitant in prescribing LDN, why not give it a shot?

Hi all
This is my first post here and it is regarding LDN
I sent an e-mail to Dr Lawrence at the beginning of April and have had no reply.
I realise that he is very busy and I am willing to be patient.
I just wondered if I could say Dave Richardson sent me Laughing
Regards
Brian
