If you Google these sugars, there is a lot of info about lawsuits and fraud charges against the manufacturers of them.

This site is not SNAKE OIL SALESMEN, NO SELLING...JUST GOOD INFORMATION ON NUTRITION FOR ALL...and all the food sources listed to obtain necessary optimal health. easy informative reading

http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/Lglyconutrients.htm this web site has valuable information not only on the eight essential sugars....but the eight essential protiens that the human body needs for cellular communication....all documented with reference for further reading and hundreds of studies by the medical profession....and yes mannetech is a MLM company and I was dissapointed that their products were extremely $$$$ ....but this web site informs you of the natural food sources to obtain both the natural sugars , protiens, fatty acids, and vit. and minerals needed for optimal health.

Pegs--we shared emails awhile back. My daughter is the one on natural supplements (MS stopped for 2 1/2 years). She takes glyconutrients now along with something for her digestive tract but I do not know what it is.

Hi Pegs-
My husband isn't supplementing with glyconutrients, but I find this link very interesting. Thanks for posting. He does eat alot of fresh veggies and fruits, and swears by his quercetin supplement for energy. As an interesting aside, His Copaxone has the sugar mannitol (precursor to mantose) as an ingredient, used to enhance CNS uptake.

IV Mannitol is also used in treatment of traumatic brain injury, to reduce swelling and inflammation, and is often preferable to steroids.

Nice to see your name pop up, Chris. So glad your daughter's health is stable and she is going strong!
best,
AC
