Thanks for posting this video, it was interesting, I had not thought about foods that could cause or help prevent inflammation.

I was surprised that they stated that a diet rich fish protein was proinflammatory. Everything else I have read about a diet high in fish is that it's anti-inflammatory. I guess it might depend on how the fish is cooked, e.g., fried vs. baked etc.

ya no kidding - i think a diet rich in pub style fish and chips, or filet-o-fish from micky d's might be not so great lol!
