So I noticed my lower eyelids were so puffy suddenly in March..I thought it was a thyroid problem so I went to the doctor and he said my liver enzymes were high (from blood tests). I got another blood test a month later and they were back to normal, but my eyes got worse. They are still puffy and now sunken in. I got so depressed and I wouldn't smile because I had these horrible crinkles under my eyes when I do. I couldn't take it anymore so I got off 2 weeks ago. Still no change though. Has anyone had this sort of problem??

My lower eyes are puffy (like I haven't slept in a month) and I have an odd color under my eyes. This did start around the time I started rebif. I knew something wasn't right but I can't put my finger on what is wrong. I too discontinued the drug and I still have "puffs".

I am happy you posted this observation, I thought it was only me. I had several sinus problems while on rebif as well. I don't know if this could be related to the nerves beneath the eyes or so on. I have only been off the drug for a few weeks and I'll keep you posted if it "clears up".

One more thing....never refuse to smile because of what your face looks like. Smile because of the way it makes you feel. Laughter is a free drug we don't take advantage of enough!
Very Happy
Cheers.

A quick follow-up for all those who may read this.

The colour under my eyes has now returned to normal. It's been about a month since I stopped using rebif.

There are slight puffs, but nothing close to what they were.

So far so good.
