Laughing
[It took many years to learn what I have been taught wrong. And what must be corrected. The following is what I have just barely come to understand.

THINGS WE MUST FIRST UNDERSTAND: (courtesy, in part, of Hypocrates, Mishu Kushi, and a life-long curiosity)
First, do no Harm Hypocrates, 370 B.C.
You are what You Eat!
There is no CURE. It took us a long time to get here. It'll take a long time to find our way back.
"Speaking generally, all parts of the body which have a function, if used in moderation and exercised in labors to which one is accustomed, become healthy and well developed and age slowly. But if unused and left idol, they become liable to disease, defective in growth and age quickly." Hypocrates, 370 B.C.
The Human body is over 70% Water... H20, pure. Should we not replace with the same? Buy a Distiller! and drink a Gallon a day!
Ty Chi, Chi Qung, Meditation, etc... Way important!
Cleanse... Large, Small Intestine, Skin Brush, Blood and whatever else needs cleansing.
Good Bacteria
Eat right. Forget Dairy and Meat. Yes, that means chicken, fish, and eggs too!
Greens and Whole Grains, lots of 'em!
Supplements are important. Only, once you Cleanse and re-populate your gut with friendly bacteria
Walk away from Stress!
never, Never say DIE! Keep a goin!
Remember... It's not about You, It's not about the taste, and It's not about the pain! It's all about the Experience, make it worth it.
M.S. is an adventure. Have a good trip!

A good site to visit on the Net - http://www.hsu.com/index.shtml. Things they be a changin'!

We encourage you to also visit our Multiple Sclerosis story and support community on Experience Project. Experience Project is a vast and powerful community where people connect anonymously through life experiences. It's made by the same people who built This is MS, on the premise that no one life experience-- like having MS-- defines a person. It now covers over 2 million life stories. Find and share yours!
