Hello! I'm Carol from Memphis, TN

47 years old, Divorced, mother to three wonderful children (all grown and married) and one awesome grandson. (OMG, sounds like a singles ad! LOL..didn't mean for it to!) Embarassed (Can I post pictures of him here? I'm awfully proud of the little guy)

Was dx with RRMS November, 1999. Started with Betaseron, then went to Avonex and switched to Copaxone in 2001, love it! (Not that I enjoy sticking myself with a needle everyday but is much better than the alternative!)

Was working 2 jobs to make ends meet after my divorce but my neuro vetoed the second job last year after too much fatigue, relapses and knee surgery.

Present boss is GREAT with the MS, they even go so far to research and look for ways to help me with my cognative (sp?) issues. I am very thankful for such a wonderful employer. Of course, this may change soon as I have been sidelined with Cluster migraines the last 3 weeks (this is NEW) and have missed a lot of work. They are making me pass out and sick to my stomach. I passed out 2 times last Thursday, so my boss sees first hand what these dumb headaches are doing to me. Hopefully they will understand (I DO need to work, only $ I have coming in!)

OK, this is getting to be bit wordy, Rolling Eyes

Great to be here!
Carol
