Hi, I'm Joe a 35 year old from ME. I was dx with MS on April 7 2004 @ 3:45 P.M. Needless to say that this is a day I'll never forget. After having some severe symptoms which include loss of the use of my left hand, left leg, hyper sensitivity in the left arm and leg, and optic neuritis in the right eye. I have since returned to almost normal with the exception of fatigue and the side effects that Avonex brings. I have the total support of my family but my co-workers and friends haven't got a clue what we go through. It will be nice to be in the company of people who actually know. Nice to meet you.

Hi Joe,

I was dx at 10.00 on Thursday 27 May 2004. I and pretty much everyone else who uses this site knows what you and your family are going through. It's nice to meet you.

Nice to meet you Joe. My name is Linda. I am 38 from CT and I was diagnosed at 2:30 pm on February 2, 2004. Mine started with a bad case of Optic Neuritis. I am on Avonex, LDN and some supplements. So far no relapses. Welcome
