I've got B12 like this, but never tried D3

i have never seen sublingual d3. i suppose i could put my d3 liquid under my tongue?? gotta watch your intake of other minerals to keep up with hi dose d3... what is the dosage? cheers

I found it somehwere on the Internet. The dosage is 2000 IU. I can't exactly remember where I found it, but when I get the bottle in the mail I'll let you know. Think it was citrus flavor
