Hello everyone!

I'm a new member here, and thrilled to find this site. I'm 31 years old, and I was dx with MS 2.5 years ago. I've only had one exacerbation, but an MRI that showed several lesions and spinal tap to back it up. 6 1/2 months ago, I became a first-time mom to a beautiful and healthy baby girl. The pregnancy was a dream - the best I've felt in years. Since then, I've been okay. Back on meds (I take Betaseron), the new MRI showed a few new lesions, and I've really got the massive fatigue kicking in. Trying hard to stay upbeat and energetic for my little angel. This sounds crazy, but I keep thinking, "when can I get pregnant again so I can feel so NORMAL?"

Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you.

Hi Mollysmom, welcome-- you're among friends!

And your thoughts about pregnancy making you feel good are not off-base at all. We had a news story just a few weeks ago that demonstrated that pregnancy was the "best" MS treatment around!
