Almost April

Thank god spring has finally sprung! The winter was starting to drag me down!   My hand is starting to feel a bit better.  The numbness does not travel up into my arm anymore and the fingers are just slightly numb except when I am hot. Then I really notice it!!  It is almost 3 months since it started.   The last time I had the numbness in my left hand and it took about 6 months to completelly go away.

I went for my monthly MRI for the MS study I am a guinea pig for and the IV came out of my hand during the last 2 minutes of the last scan.  There was blood all over my pants and the table.  I thought the hose disconnected but never would have thought that the IV needle came out.  And it was double taped to my hand!!   I told them I want to be reinbursed for the cost of my sweat suit!  It was baby blue.  Now there is a stain the size of my fist on the pant leg!!

Well thats all for now.

This is Karen Signing off.  Until next time...

Experience Project is a vast and powerful community where people connect anonymously through life experiences. It's made by the same people who built This is MS, on the premise that no one life experience-- like having MS-- defines a person. It now covers over 2 million life stories. Find and share yours!
