I had a restless night and dragged myself out of bed when the alarm went off at 6am. My balance was a bit unstable, more so than usual but I usually get it back once I'm up for a while. It's like my legs are still asleep and need more time to wake up. My right foot was hot, like I was walking on hot coals, not entirely bad since it was -20 outside. I went to work but it didn't improve. I had to conscentrate when walking and I had a lower back pain in the general area of an active liasion I had last Aug. When I started to loose feeling in my right leg, I decided I'd had enough and went home. It was too much like last August when my entire body shut down and I didn't want to go through that again. I rested all day and got a good night sleep and was back to work the next day. I don't know what brought that on, maybe just a case of Monday morning blues! |
