Please help with a super short survey!

Post by CRHInv » Wed Feb 03, 2010 7:15 pm

Hi!

Hey, I know I am off topic, so sorry in advance...

My daughter is doing a science fair project about the effects of diet on MS. Please help us by filling out a super short survey. We really appreciate you sharing your information, it is completely anonymous.

how many respondents so far crh?
take control of your own health
pursue optimal self care at least as actively as a diagnosis
ask for referrals to preventive health care specialists eg dietitians
don't let suboptimal self care muddy any underlying diagnostic picture!

I posted this here and at swankmsdiet.com. She has 26 so far. I didn't post this in CCSVI where I am more familiar, since it would be soooo off topic. Any one more responses would really be appreciated!
Thanks to all!
