I concentrate my self treatment on correcting my immune system, most of which is in the gut. Too much bad bacteria/not enough good bacteria in the gut could promote illness (there is always both good and bacteria in the gut)
. So I consume foods loaded with beneficial bacteria and also take probiotic supplements with the hope that properly balancing the bacteria in my gut will lead to good things with regard to my health. So far so good. I continue to research this subject extensively and in doing some research recently, I came across this article which I found interesting:

There has been some success with FMT so this concept potentially makes a lot of sense...
