Hi, everyone - David Wheldon just updated his protocol pages on 02 Oct 2005 with a link to a page which expands upon his rationale for using certain dietary supplements. It gets a bit technical sometimes, but if you want a rationale for using Acetyl L-Carnitine, it's certainly there, along with cites for a number of studies. Here's the link.
