I frequently misuse words, have trouble retrieving words when speaking, etc. I had a neuropsych done - my verbal fluency was 12% - how low is that considered?

I was rejected/denied thorough Copaxone's assistance program because I have insurance. Mpntjly out of pocket to me is $1759 - can't afford it!
