I've been on LDN for about 3 weeks and and the bladder urgency went away almost immediately. I started at 1.5mg and have just increased to 3mg

So, I took my 1st dose (1.5 mg) of LDN last night and slept like a log. Stiffness in my legs is much the same but now I'll be keeping track of it . I'll post any major changes - if and when then happen, Here's hoping there'll be some good changes!
