I have been taking LDN for a 2-3years, and it is Wonderful. I would not want to be without it. However, if you have spasticity at all, and go over 3mg, the spasticity can worsen. This is well known. Two things definitely alleviated me from being cold:

1. Low dose Naltrexone, a cheap compounded drug, able to be prescribed by your GP.
2. Angioplasty for CCSVI.

Both of these treatments alleviated the bulk of issues with my ms.
