Re: How to get continuous supply of Roxithromycin in Austral
I live in Western Australia, and the GP I went to read all the info I provided him with about the treatment, and then wrote prescriptions for Minocycline (5 rpts) , Roxithhromycin (5 rpts) and Tinidazole (5 rpts). He kept a copy of the treatment schedule illustrating the length of time the abx's had...

Re: Ampyra Vs Compounded 4-AP?
I took 4-AP-3-MeOH for approx a year, and had pretty similar results to the 4-AP, But it was a Much more pleasant to take. I felt very well on it. Unfortuately, the compunder I was getting it from at the time, charged me way too much to have it formulated, & that is why I switched back to 4-AP. ...

Re: Acorda's Ampyra fails main goal of post-marketing study
I had the same result as Cure or Bust. Did not have increased walking speed, but my legs Much stronger ie if I was on the floor, could not get up, but when taking 4-AP, my legs were strong enough to enable me to stand up. When taking 10mg of 4-AP, I would get bad side effects, and could not tolerate...

Re: 4-aminopyridine-3-methyl hydroxide
To get 4-AP-3-methyl hydroxide in Australia, go to your GP first, & ask them to fill out a Special Access Scheme (SAS) form. This form is then sent to the Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA). You must have reason for applying for an unregistered drug, and your GP is the one to pu...

Re: CCSVI Neutral or Critical Perspectives
For what it is worth - I have had MS for 33 years, had all the drugs, needles etc, have been at deaths door, and back again. I know the symptoms of MS pretty well. I have angioplasty for CCSVI four times, and after each procedure, all that is left of my MS is drop foot and a limpy leg. I have come t...

Re: 4-aminopyridine-3-methyl hydroxide
4-AP-3-MeOH is not FDA registered. Professor Riyi Shi, the scientist who developed the drug at Purdue University in LaFayette, Indiana, is still trying to get a drug company, or someone with the $$ to fund the expensive clinical trials, to bring 4-AP-3-MeOH to the market.

Re: CCSVI RESEARCH here
The fact that gains are made after having angioplasty for CCSVI, DOES mean that by ballooning the occlusions and allowing the blood to flow freely, WORKS. The thing that is really needed is STENTS that are made specificlly for the jugular & azygous veins. This will maintain the blood flow, and t...

Re: Trustworthy source (also dosing question)?
I have been taking LDN for a 2-3years, and it is Wonderful. I would not want to be without it. However, if you have spasticity at all, and go over 3mg, the spasticity can worsen. This is well known. I have some spasticity of my right leg, and only take 3mg, and I get huge relief from many symptoms.

Re: procedure improvements
I and 2 other pwms that I know started taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) and 4-aminopyridine (4-AP), and it has been a life-changing for all of us. Both these drugs are cheap and VERY effective. The LDN takes away Heat Intolerance, Gross Fatigue, Incontinence and more. The 4-AP helps leg strength. An...

Re: I can't get warm
Two things definitely alleviated me from being cold:
1. Low dose Naltrexone, a cheap compounded drug, able to be prescribed by your GP.
2. Angioplasty for CCSVI.
Both of these treatments alleviated the bulk of issues with my ms.
