Do they help? I became B12 deficient from ~ 10-12 years of drinking 3-4 cups of green tea per day. EGCG inhibits folate. I was folate deficient and had high homocysteine. I take sublingual methylcobalamin tablets. They have methylfolate and B6 in them too.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for your question. However, CW Hemp's original formula is a whole plant alcohol based extract (though it's very low in THC content).
