Plegridy is a good option especially for those that have have trouble with the intramuscular injections. I found the side effects were getting worse and worse after 8 weeks. When I was first diagnosed in 95, only Beta was available. Tried Beta but had to quit after a few doses due to side effects. Started Avonex in June 96 shortly after it was introduced.
