Something I posted on the other ms site: http://www.msworld.org/forum/showthread.php?t=123337 Since posting that and receiving sinus/septum/turbinate surgery, I no longer have sinus pressure nor headaches, and my sinuses seem to be draining well. Though, this probably doesn't work with everyone... ...
