I only use VSL3, i've tried many others but they're just not good enough for my very sensitive gut. You may also want to add some saccharomyces b.

Re: Benefits from Abx treatment???

Thanks Sarah and MacKintosh, I am going to use your links to order. Currently, I am taking Doxycycline and Azithromycin. Is it a good combination or should I change azithromycin to Roxithromycin? I should start Metronidazole or tinidazole soon? Which one is better? I am on abx for three months now....

Re: Benefits from Abx treatment???

I'm also allergic to penicillin and reacted badly to amoxicillin. However I had no problem with any of the Wheldon and Sriram abx.

Re: Doing well after antibiotic treatment

I wouldn't say I feel entirely cured - I still get quite tired and I think if I really pushed myself I might have problems - but my MS has returned to being pretty quiescent and causes very little trouble. I am now looking to tweak the diet using anti inflammatory herbs and spices and I'm looking i...

Re: Possible Cure for MS a Bacterial Infection see video

If this is so good, where are the medical trials? Who do you think pay for medical research? There's a clinical trial of minocycline still ongoing as far as I remember. I read sometime ago of a trial of minocycline combined with copaxone which gave better results (that was by the way what made me d...

Re: New Insights for CCSVI and MS causation, Dr Paul Thibaul

The link b/w stenosis and infections is interesting but not surprising. I have been looking and learning about other chronic conditions where ccsvi appears to be present and also where the infectious link has been established for some time. I was recently reading that autism and lyme patients tend t...

Re: Benefits from Abx treatment???

Thanks, hopeforA. What is your experience with abx? Is it good to dring kefir and yogurt? In many diet forums they say to avid milk products. Abx have been a life saver for me. They were necessary to my recovery. However, after about a year I couldn't see much more progress so I added a few other b...

Re: Benefits from Abx treatment???

As I am doing the Vanderbilt protocol, I am just wondering how the two things reconcile with eachother. As far as I know antibiotics damages the bacterium flora, while FMT is rebuilding it. At first, it seems contradictory to me. Is there any probiotics that someone can advice to take with the abx?...

Re: Benefits from Abx treatment???

http://www.iadvocatehealth.org/protozoal_infection0.aspx Thanks for posting this link. I've been following Dr Fry's suggestions for the past few months and fund them helpful. I'm not one of his patients. I just treat myself. I started a couple of years ago with the standard Wheldon protocol and mad...
