If she runs, I recommend lots of stretching/yoga. There is a free yoga for MS DVD that I received from Biogen. Although once the baby starts walking she will get lots of stretching and aerobic exercise. Good luck.

I was just diagnosed with MS - I can't believe how fast all this happened. I am married with 4 kids and afraid that my condition although mild now, will quickly prevent me from participating in activities, etc... I do appreciate that this forum exists and hope to share encourgement and hope.
