Just a couple of points on this -

Isn't diet, exercise etc worked on by the patients themselves because the medical profession has failed them?
These are things people can do for minimal threshold cost
Why pay neurologists for advice they are not trained to give?

This sounds good but what did the control group do? Also, it would be interesting to know the type of exercises undertaken and the variation of results between the two groups.

Given your level of disability, normally the preparation for a colonoscopy will involve an overnight stay in hospital where the 'clean out' will be managed by the nursing staff.

Some physios/trainers are good but most are far too expensive for what they do. I see a physio from time to time but have a carer set up and assist my daily home training at 1/7th the cost.

In one of the videos, the MitoQ CEO seems to be saying that there is anecdotal evidence that MitoQ can cause leg swelling. Or I may have misunderstood and it could be the opposite which seems more logical. Anyone have any knowledge of this?

My personal experience may have relevance. I was dx in 1982 when my neurologist did a lumbar puncture to assess the CSF. The results were 90% likely to be MS.
