I was wondering if their was anything natural to help me with sleeping thru the night.
I do take Magnesium at night but I am not sure that helps at all.
The doctor did give me Lunesta at one point but I was hoping for something more natural.

I have been on Avonex since Jan and I have had the worst bloating. At first I thought I was gaining weight but its more of a bloating/puffy feeling.

The doctor has me starting with shots because I will starting with a smaller dosage to help limit side effects. I will be on the pen in one month when I get to full strength.

I have also heard I should ice the area before becuase it helps numb it.
