Thanks Arron , just a quick remark : Of course the exact number 114 comes from the analysis which is rough and by no means claims to be of "publishable quality" :) What it gives though is the order of magnitude of such number, and fairly correct. That is this number should be well below le...

Hi Sarah , again many thanks to you. I don't have psoriasis but it DOES sounds very familiar ! Is it only me who feels that to many things are falling into places ? And when they hopefully are that will mean nothing short of the revolution in the medical sciences in understanding so many disorders. ...

Hi Brainteaser, PS. Just finally, I am doing the antibiotic regimen (doxy, roxy, flagyl) and desipramine. I want to add LDN and maybe Keppra. This could be a lot but provided there is no interaction, it should give me a reasonable chance of improvement. I see you've chosen "take-no-prisoners&qu...

Hello Sarah,
looking forward to you post.
I've just reread the update about connection to blood pressure.
Do you know where I can learn some more about the connection between C Pn and stiffening of great arteries ?
Can antibiotics treat it or a separate treatment is needed ?

Many thanks.

Hi Sarah , many thanks to you and David. Great updates. I just looked through, but what caught my eyes is the possible connection between C.Pn. and blood pressure. Wide pulse pressure in particular. It'll take me a while with a dictionary to sort through the medical lingo and terms, but I understood...

Hello Wilson , Bromeley , Sarah and everyone else. Let me barge in about some statistical analysis. I happened to have some background in it. I'm in my second phase of a Doctoral program in Operations Research here in the US, and actually I will be teaching probability and statistics this coming fal...

Hi Sarah , good to see you.
I've just made a small statistical analysis on Wilson's question.
And results seem to be interesting :)
Just give me a couple of minutes to type it all up , I'm slow at this.

Exuse me my layman's opinion :) , but it seems that the very fact that Metronidazole causes so much mess speaks volumes. That what Dr. Wheldon also mentions on his website. I don't think that it'll cause anything to a healthy person , without any pathogen. Although my own reaction to it has been ver...

Hi Daunted, thanks for extensive update and all your posts which I'm following quite closely as well as Sarah's. A few words about myself. I'm on an antibiotics regimen as well. Around 5 months by now. Just like you I can't tell if there're many results or not at this point, though I'm a little opti...
