Note that there is one thing that is common for: - fasting, - fast mimicking diet, - low carb diet, - low calorie diet (Swank etc), - time restricted eating, - intensive exercise and it's called KETOSIS. All of above seem to work for MS, I bet it's because of ketosis, it's a state when body switches...

Why did you place this post in Introductions section?

The linked content is only an article, how do you know it's true? This article doesn't even have any link to clinical trial confirming larrea's efficiacy on EBV. Is there such study?
