It all seems somewhat ridiculous, wonder if you could get similar treatments by paying more in say germany. The science is out there, so i'd imagine if your wallet was big enough you might be able to get said treatments

it's not as much as it sounds lol but i tend to favor chard and collards along with spinach, cauliflower is also included i think i eat about a cup a day at least. I eat the 9 servings of vegetables, 1lb of meat(I swap meats weekly, pork, salmon, beef, lamb) half a cup of blueberries, some starchy vegetables including carrots, parsnips, and beets. why don't you start self treating now if you are so worried

try the wahls diet, start taking vitamin d

do everything within your current power to slow things down without a dx, without taking drugs

I follow the wahls diet and eat fermented foods along with a pund of kidney, heart, thymus, and liver ground at least once a week. Also including bone broth, i also supplement b1, folate, b12, vit d, magnesium, zinc and copper.

Seemed to get a huge infection, I woke up this morning looked in the mirror and both eyes were all crusty and pink. I never get sick and i've only had pink eye once in my life, So I was wondering if i would be more likely to contract other diseases while on LDN.
