diagnosed in 2008 and I'm on Rebif for 2 years now

My movement like tortoise every time I wake up from sleep or after nap with little slur speech I can't talk becouse I feel tired I have to drink 3 or 4 cups of coffee be normal which take more than one hour.

Any advices or supplements that help me ??

My doctor put me on 10mg lexapro becouse I feel angery and little depressed which is one of side effects of Rebif !

Anyone take SSRI with Rebif or other drugs ? and for how long ?

Is it ok if I use supplement like protein shake, beta alanine or creatine because I workout regularly while I'm on Rebif 44 three time a week. this is my third year on the Med and liver enzymes are little high between 90-120 for ALT but no more than this .

I'm now for over year on Rebif 44mc X 3, we know that Rebif increase liver enzymes but, what is the ALT test ranges in number that I must stop Rebif ?
