types of cannabis
Hi, I have been taking cannabis in milk at night to help me sleep which is great but finding it hard to buy so thought about growing some but I didn't realize there were so many different types, does anyone know what type is best for pain/spasms? or will any do.

Hi; not read that book but brought Judy Graham book ms naturally follow the best bet diet no dairy,gluton, low fat, no sugar its hard but i'm not any meds feel much better than when i was on meds, do taichi, horse riding great for the balance.

How much Magnesium should you take per day? I take 400mg not sure if thats enough.

Thanks for all the advice,I do take magnesium 400mg per day is that enough? in the morning, I also take vit D 1,000 IU is that enough? Do you take it even in summer? Hi,I have been suffering just at night with terrible leg cramps/spasms which sometimes are so bad at night that I can't sleep,
Is there any natural product which anybody finds helps with leg cramps?
It would be great to get a good night sleep!

Hi, I follow a strict diet no diary,gluton,sugar, I have lots of green veggies and fruits and lots of supplements, I find I feel really fatigue if I have gluton or any added sweetners I think everyone is different so you have to find what foods affect you I'm much better than I was over 2 years ago ...

Hi, I was diagnosed after having two MRI one on my neck and then brain, I had lots of strange symptoms before, think with MS you can have so many strange symptoms its very confusing disase, why will .you have to wait 2months after MRI thats a long time I had an MRI then was diagnosed a few days late...

Hi, I'm not takeing any meds due to having terible side affects, I get all my information on diet/supplements from a book by Judy Graham MS naturally, its got some really postive advice loads of great information on MS when I'm feeling down I always pick it up and always feel so much better afterwar...

Hi, My Husband got me the book by Judy Graham ms naturally its gives lots of really postive advice, I look at it most days I don't know what I would have done without it when I was first diagnosed.

Hi, I was diagnosed over2 years ago with RRMS I can't ever remember having an attack/relapse but I must have done? I have symptoms like severe dingling all over is my MS getting worse? my balance most days is good I just find it so confusing.
