Any diet that includes food high in saturated fat sis doomed to fail. Wahls is like paleo light. When I ate large quantities of meat my symptoms appear.

Not to be blunt when you say "change" what do you mean? Gluten free etc. does not equate to healthy.
Healthy is a balanced diet with a lot of fruits and veggies.... I eat 8+ fruits a day plus more veggies than I care to think about. Without all of this I think I would be in a wheel chair.

This diet works 100%. Of course my neurologist scoffs at diets helping MS. I was diagnosed at 25. Started with Swank moved directly to Best Bet(I don't think it was called that back then, I just read his web page with his findings). I didn't do no blood test just cut out saturated fats, gluten, eggs...

I fast one day a week. It's a complete water fast. I don't eat the whole day and eat breakfast the next day so I wager it's a 36 hours fast. It does wonders for my health and helps with MS symptoms. There are many studies that state 24-36 hours fast raises HGH levels 800-1000%. At the very least it'...
