If u r jcv negative , just continue on tysabri ,there is nothing powerful like it ,
If u r jcv positive , below 1 , try to take it over longer intervals ( 6 to 8 weeks )
Above jcv 1 , think about switching to a highly effective agent as ocrevus , mayzent

In order to switch tysabri , i advice to switch to a highly effective agent as ( ocrevus , mayzent ) thats the best option for you

shift to gilenya add an antidepressant to your medication decrease your fat intake and try to excercise

you have to stop gilenya 2-2.5 month before getting pregnant because it has a teratogenic effect on the baby
