I know that Vitamin B12 is an Unsaturated Transcobalamin and Holotranscobalamin is a marker of vitamin B-12 status. So, They are not the same test. One is dependent on the other, but it does not mean that they are the same.

Smoking is a bad practice for any types of disease and abnormalities. And you want to say that it has a great impact on MS also. My younger brother smokes everyday , I dislike it so much. i want that he leaves from smoking.

With my little knowledge I would like to say that autoimmune disease arise from an abnormal immune response of the body against substances and tissues normally present in the body. Type 1 diabetes may cause due to autoimmunity and also many other abnormalities.
