Has anyone had muscle spasms that caused injury to their spine?

Can anyone tell me how long I should be off of any supplements containing B-12 before getting tested so that my results are not skewed? All of my prior testing was completed while I was taking a multi-vitamin that contained B-6 and B12.

I am newly diagnosed with MS and had a single appointment at an MS Center where diagnosis was confirmed and they agreed to treat me there. Now they have gotten the medication worked out with the insurance but meanwhile I have developed additional symptoms that are concerning me yet I cannot get them...

Well went to see a MS specialist today and they were in agreement with the neurologist that I saw. So it is confirmed now that I do have MS. I will be starting on Copaxone soon.

Jimmy, My Vitamin B12 levels were 471 pg/ml and 592 pg/ml. Normal according to the lab reports is considered to be between 211-950.
