I had a great nurse who came out to show me how to do the injections. She told me to drink a lot of water the day before, the day of, and the day after my injection. I started Tecfidera 3 weeks ago. The first 2 were great then came the pain. At first it was mild then it was excruciating. I bought some peppermint oil capsules from my local health food store.
