Hm .. I will create a poll in facebook among patients, who take high vitamin D, to see if anyone experienced the same issue with magnesium. Two years now on 70,000IU, I take 400mg magnesium each day as well and feel good
Anyway, I will post the results of poll here ;)

Time goes by fast :) Last half of the year feeling really good, I don't have any symptoms at all. I'm curious to contact my neurologist to perform ...

Re: Coimbra’s Protocol Summary
Revolit, your PTH is still too high. PTH should be at lowest value within normal range in ideal case. But if MS is active that means PTH must be lowered even more. I must keep PTH at 8-9 pg/mL for example. At least my doctor is happy to see PTH there. Track down all the symptoms as well. Symptoms in...

Re: Deleted Posts
I'm not sure why some posts have been deleted and which exactly :) SPAM by definition has a bit different meaning for me, so I would argue if a link to a book is really a SPAM. Book contains information about MS disease, I would say it is educational. Well anyway, I read the book "Multiple Scle...

Re: Success Stories w/ MRI exam
First idea, which came to my mind is how drug effectiveness is measured? I think by doing MRI before/after trial and comparing the results. Most of us will come to common conclusion that this is not the best approach. What about grey matter volumes? Do protocol doctors measure changes in grey matter...

tedhutchinson, I checked your previous posts as well. Seems you like to deny everything, this is just my first impression :) I found interesting that you suggest to maintain vitamin D levels .. by drinking a milk? It's strange, diary products is a BIG NO to every MS patient ;) I propose better solut...

I see that the now food DHA 500 is recommended. Is the Vitamin D from now food also recommended? Or what type is? Thanks in advance! Form of vitamin D is more important than a brand. Re: MS as a disease of endothelial dysfunction
There is also interesting coincidence regarding various biomakers occuring naturally and then on vitamin D huge dose. Women with MS are doing much better while they are pregnant. Hormones plays a big part, but I found one interesting relation . Vitamin D huge dose reduces PTH and here: http://www.nc...

Re: about high dose vitamin D treatment
In theory, K2 shall prevent calcification in soft tissues, but if vitamin D doses are not higher than 20.000IU or 30.000IU. In high doses, like > 50.000IU K2 doesn't work. At least latest news from other patients are that Coimbra doesn't give it. Some still takes it. There are different opinions. Th...

Forgot to include K2 240mcg/day. The other vitamins on the list were recommended by the naturopath. Still looking for an answer on the consistency and makeup of D3 taken by others on here? jimmylegs, I do agree with you that many doubts would be left behind if we had data published by professor. No one has answer to this question :/
